Lose it!

Okay folks. It's getting nice out
I love in Illinois and I know it's warm but you could always find a mall to walk in.
Go work out, lose some weight, live longer. I love to eat and sometimes it's junk food but I know that my health is important and I should take better care of myself.
I even threw in an exercise for your feet. My dogs get tired too.
 That is why I bookmarked a lot of these.
Try some or try none but get out there and be you.
I threw in a salad recipe to boot.
I can't guarantee how long these articles are going to be up but for now they are working.
