How To Cut Fruit

Is there a good way to cut up cantaloupe or any other fruit for that matter? 

While on a Texas vacation it was pretty warm. We wanted a cooler menu for the week, so I tried cutting up a watermelon the way one link showed how to do it. I have to say it worked, but keep in mind if you do it according to the link below you will have a juicy mess on your hands so prepare it on a cookie sheet with sides. What they had me do is cut the ends off and then peel the watermelon with a knife. It takes a little practice but hey, the results work.
