Hello. Today we're going to take a look at a site that I bookmarked for grilled lobster tails. Remember, I'm trying as many of these grilled things while I'm visiting my friend in California because I don't own a grill and they're willing to let me make the mess. The only problem I'm having is it's an older grill and there's a lot of flare up on this gas grill and even on low I can't seem to control it unless I put everything to the sides. I tried throwing a little water on it but it put the whole flame out. Oops. All I had to do was push the igniter again and it started back up. I was worried though because the steaks would not have been done and I would have had to scramble to find another way to finish them.

I pretty much followed the directions to the tea except for I didn't really cut them like they did I took a pair of shoes and cut them straight down the middle pulled the meat out and then laid it back in the shell. The reason for this is because we had lots of people to feed but we had lots of steak also, and many sides. Needless to say everyone was very pleased with the taste.
