Kale Yes

Kale sometimes gets a bad rap because of it's texture, but prepare it correctly and you will have a hearty, green leafy salad that will be sure to please the pickiest salad eaters. And Brussels sprouts, well, they have haters too. It's a required taste I guess. Shaved into this salad, they shine on their own. I served this to a local Lions club years ago along with a chicken salad croissant and they loved it.  Try it. You'll like it.
