What's a Fondue Anyway?

Do you like cheese or chocolate?

I love having these at little gatherings that we have.

Haven't made them in a while but I love the classic cheese fondue and I love variations of chocolate fondu.

Below sreome of my go-to's.

Cheese fondue you can dip almost about anything if you have some medium rare steak cubes small roasted potatoes cut into bite-sized chunks, crustini, vegetables, your ideas can be endless.

And chocolate, need I say more.
