Pilaf

every once in awhile we go somewhere and they serve a pilaf with our dinner. There are several dishes that are called pilaf but the link below is one of my favorites and I have served it at luncheons I have attended. This would be a great potluck dish to take as it serves four to six people as a meal or many if they spoon it onto their plate at a potluck. Don't forget to cook your rice a day ahead of time.
