I love Corn on the Cob
Here comes summer in Illinois and the corn on the cob is starting to hit the stores and Farmers market stands. If you've never made corn chowder I found the best recipe. If you needed a little thicker soup, just take a couple ladles of the soup and put it in a blender and pour it back in.
I love how they saved the cobs and made the liquid base with them. You can even make sure all the corn kernels are off of them, let them cool and let your toddlers gnaw on them like a treat.
