A Little Cardio and Stretch
Today along with drinking my t-burn in my green tea I had a small bowll of goulash, and for an afternoon snack a small piece of chocolate and some potato chips.
I know I'm supposed to have a better calorie intake to sustain me but there's days that I just want what I want. I can say I'm down a couple pounds and I'm moving more lately so I'm on my way I hope.
Playing with our home entertainment system the Wii, I found some Latin dancing and fit stretching to be just what I needed during my day. I also used the inversion table for 5 minutes.
